• Arrival delays may result in shortened service duration.

Membership Terms

Payments & Charges

All payments must be completed through approved payment methods. Additional services requested directly at the spa may incur extra charges.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations may be subject to applicable policies.

• No-show appointments may be treated as completed bookings.

Health & Safety

Guests should disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy-related concerns before receiving spa treatments.

User Conduct

Users must behave respectfully toward spa staff, therapists, and other guests. Misconduct may result in service refusal or account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, logos, and materials available on SpaPass are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

SpaPass acts as a booking and membership platform. While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
